Development within the retirement industry requires additional skills from a project manager than straight bricks and mortar. Blueprint has hands on experience with the development of new retirement villages, the build out of existing villages and the refurbishment and maintenance of existing aged housing stock. Most recently this was applied to Fullerton Cove, a retirement development in New South Wales.

Having been involved with the day to day management of villages and working closely with Village Managers, Committees, Sales and Marketing and the Developers, we believe we are better positioned to deliver a successful development.

Our background also includes the delivery of serviced apartments and aged care facilities including their integration into existing facilities.
