Brad has a broad range of commercial property development experience spanning 20 years.
Brad has gained specific expertise in planning and design of major projects, having worked internationally in high-rise office, mixed use shopping centres and major cultural projects. Brad’s experience in major international projects applied to the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI), Federation Square, Melbourne and included project management of the purpose built ‘arts’ facility and management consultancy associated with the operator’s transition into a public venue.
Recently Brad has developed specific expertise in the Town Planning and Authority approvals process associated with large development projects.
Peter has been involved in a wide range of differing projects, ranging from large scale engineering applications and redevelopment projects, multimedia / technology projects, defence and software development projects.
This experience, involving extensive hands on exposure as well as project planning provide Peter with a firm understanding of all project management disciplines, with the necessary skills required to take full accountability for the end to end delivery of the project. Peter has worked on projects such as the redevelopment of the State Library of Victoria and Knox Shopping Centre.
More recently Peter delivered the South Melbourne Lifestyle Centre and was responsible for all aspects of the project delivery form Planning through to Construction and the successful transition to Asset Managers.
